Years ago, we left Canada driven by a shared obsession with sun-drenched coastlines, historic architecture, and the effortless beauty of outdoor living. Our journeys eventually brought us to the breathtaking shores of La Herradura in Andalusia, Spain—a place that instantly stole our hearts. Inspired by the white-walled villages of Spain, the romantic villas of Northern Italy, and the rich, soulful textures of Morocco and Tunisia, we knew we had found our calling.

We founded Costero Home to bridge these worlds together. With over 30 years of combined experience in buying, selling, developing, and renovating properties, we realized that property owners in these beautiful regions often faced the same hurdle: how to turn a blank space into a high-yielding, luxurious sanctuary without the cross-border stress.
