FAQ’s - Property Management Services
Q. What will happen once we hire you?
A. Once you have hired us to look after your property, our local property manager will carry out an inspection visit to your property.
Q. What should you expect to pay?
A. We charge a flat fee for our clients who leave their homes empty while they are not in residence. We charge €50 euros a month to look after a apartment and €150 euros a month for a villa (bi-weekly visits)
*Please note: Garden and Pool/Spa service charges will be determined after an inspection and discussion with the property owner to decide what level of service and maintenance will be required.
If any property repairs are required, associated costs, if any will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before any work is started.
